Die EU-Kommission hat im Zuge des Überarbeitungsprozesses der Vergaberechtsrichtlinien (s. hierzu Vergabeblog.de vom 14/09/2026 Nr. 75312) eine Reihe von Studien durch externe Berater in Auftrag gegeben, um die Entwurfsstellung des Public Procurement Acts zu unterstützen. Diese Studien betrachten insbesondere die Verwendung von Gütesiegeln und Etiketten im Beschaffungswesen, die Regelung von Beschaffungsdaten, die Beteiligung von KMU sowie die Einbindung von ökologischen, sozialen und arbeitsrechtlichen Erwägungen in der öffentlichen Auftragsvergabe. Deutscher Vergabetag 2026: Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Blick
Die Modernisierung des Vergaberechts ist das Top-Thema auf dem Deutschen Vergabetag 2026. Seien Sie am 12. und 13.
